CS Performance accepts eligible returns requested within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date. Unused and uninstalled products returned complete, unaltered, undamaged, and in resalable condition qualify for a full merchandise refund with no restocking fee. Installed or used fuel injectors may also be returned within the 60-day window and are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Additional deductions may apply to products returned excessively dirty, fuel-contaminated, damaged, altered, incomplete, or requiring significant reconditioning. Products believed to be defective may first be evaluated under our Lifetime Warranty and testing process. A customer's description of a product as defective does not automatically exempt the return from the applicable return conditions or establish that the product itself is defective. If inspection confirms a defect covered by our warranty or an error by CS Performance, applicable restocking fees may be waived. Advanced flow-matching service charges are non-refundable once the service has been performed. Custom and special-order products may be subject to additional return restrictions.
